When Danielle isn’t working on “Everybody Hates Chris,” she loves contributing to the arts in LA by being Artistic Director of Because It’s There Theater Collaboration and teaching an experimental acting class at AFI. Her class is dedicated to developing actor’s skills in making choices they believe in. She believes that actor’s that value their own choices and are proud of who they are and their talents, are then allowed to remove that fear and apprehension that “on camera” auditions bring out and thus, book more jobs. This is how she approaches acting.

Of acting, Danielle has said, “I love the strength in acting, the art of doing it takes a lot out of a person. I love the way it makes me feel alive. My heart races, my brain tingles with ideas, all my senses ready in anticipation, each and every time I get to do it, no matter if it is for a whole show, a scene, or a 1 minute audition. It is my job and I love every up and down it throws at me.”
