Ryan is a co-founder and current Chief Operating Officer at Landmark Waste Removal, Los Angeles. Ryan obtained a double major in finance and real estate from the Daniels School of Business, University of Denver. While still attending college, Ryan began his professional career as a tax syndication analyst for Credit Capital, LLC.. During his senior year, Ryan co-founded the Starved Students Moving Company, Denver CO. This was only the beginning of his entrepreneurial career. He sold the company upon graduating and moved back to Los Angeles to accept a job as a financial analyst with Landmark Realty and Property Management. At Landmark, Ryan was responsible for creating financial models, forecasts, and projections for potential investment properties and acquisitions. Ryan was hired to expand the company’s half-billion dollar real estate portfolio and in doing so he also diversified it by becoming the co-founder of Landmark Waste Removal, a new division within the company. Ryan was promoted, and appointed the new COO of Landmark Waste Removal (LMWR). In addition, he was awarded 10% ownership of LMWR for his influential work in the beginning stages of the company’s creation. Ryan was able to save Landmark Realty and Property Management over $150,000.00 per year in waste removal expenses and has grown Landmark Waste Removal’s income by over 750% in less than three years.
