Stacey Newsome Santiago is a writer/producer/actor who worked as a professional journalist for Scripps Howard News Service and as an on-air reporter for Fox and CBS. Her reporting has been published or broadcast throughout North America. Stacey was a finalist in the 2010 Disney/ABC Writing Program. Since that time, a Los Angeles production company has put one of her pilot scripts in development. Her video “pitch” for The Halftime Show placed among the top three finalists in the 2008 People’s Choice Awards “Spinoff Contest.” The top three finalists were chosen by the creative board of the New York Television Festival and the internet voting community. Stacey’s video pitch was viewed by the internet voting community worldwide. As an actress, Stacey has had supporting roles in The Manchurian Candidate, One Life to Live, All My Children, Law & Order and various commercials.
